HANON x Pantofola d'Oro 'Venezia'
This summer, we connect with Pantofola d’Oro and are proud to introduce the Venezia - a collaborative training shoe designed and imagined by HANON and made in Italy to an edition of 37 pairs.
As a follow up to the Modena, a shoe we designed from the ground up, the Venezia takes its direction from an archive 80’s soccer boot and is inspired by the nostalgia of Italian football and the storied history of Pantofola d’Oro. Featuring a distinctive bold side stripe, the Venezia mirrors the original boot in its classic 80’s styling and is constructed entirely with locally sourced materials from a country synonymous with luxury footwear and the finest leathers.
Executed in a plush calfskin suede, the Venezia looks to the historic city of Venice and takes colour cues from its famous canals. Finished in a rich marine teal colourway, the upper is offset with aqua blue accents and contrasting laces. A fully lined leather upper is built into the shoe whilst attention to detail appears by way of a double layered leather side-stripe and heel tab, perforated vamp and laminated footbed. ‘Venezia’ appears as a gold foil print on the lateral side and dual branding completes the shoe on opposing heels and on each tongue.
Limited to 37 pairs only, the HANON x Pantofola d’Oro Venezia will be launching exclusively at HANON via an ONLINE RAFFLE which will begin on Thursday 24th of August and end on Friday 1st of September at 12:00BST.
