Padmore & Barnes Higgins x HANON x Anglozine
This May, for the first time, we take our partnership with artisan shoemakers Padmore & Barnes to the next level, as we join forces with London-based Anglozine to present a collaborative take on the Higgins leisure shoe.
This collaboration with Padmore & Barnes draws its inspiration from Anglozine’s seasonal collection and a shared love of jazz records, cinema, and an enduring appreciation for the sense of style and design in the mid-20th century.
As a limited edition of 60 pairs, the M244 arrives in a smooth sand suede upper, with perforations applied to the vamp, and a vibrant orange suede contrasts at the rear. It comes complete with a lush leather lining, Anglozine flag label, and a bespoke leather insole with a triple branded logo lock-up applied via gold foil detailing. Additional features appear at the lace stay as the metal eyelets - a detail of the original shoe - are removed and the traditional crepe sole is substituted for a lightweight and durable TPR unit.
Each pair is then presented in Padmore’s signature shoebox with gold foil branding on the lid, branded tissue paper, two lace sets - one tan and one dark brown, a printed cotton dust bag, a sticker set, and a hand-numbered hangtag.
